Building and maintaining funnels, opt-in pages, sales pages, and booking systems inside GHL
Creating automated workflows that handle lead capture, follow-up, and email sequences
Setting up and maintaining CRM pipelines, triggers, tags, and automations
Connecting platforms using Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, Practice Better, and other GHL integrations
Troubleshooting tech issues and proactively offering solutions
Working solo or alongside a Project Lead, depending on the client
Communicating with both the team and client—providing tech updates, reports, and recommendations
Using AI tools to improve tech builds, generate SOPs, and speed up processes
Reporting task progress and wins weekly via ClickUp, Google Docs, or Loom
Are a senior-level GHL user with strong experience in workflows, funnels, forms, and automations
Have deep knowledge of Zapier, and feel comfortable connecting tools and troubleshooting issues
Have experience working with Stripe, Calendly, Practice Better, Google Sheets, and CRMs
Are confident working with clients in the healthcare or wellness industry
Can jump on calls, present updates clearly, and give smart recommendations to clients
Work fast and can deliver solid output without being micromanaged
Think in systems and love creating processes that make life easier for clients and teams
Can report clearly to Project Leads or clients, and provide documentation when needed
Are available during US time zones for check-ins or urgent tasks
Use AI tools to support your work—whether for SOPs, troubleshooting, or content templates
Have set up entire marketing funnels from lead magnet to checkout to email nurture
Have supported launch campaigns for coaches or health-based courses
Are comfortable with ClickUp, Notion, and building your own automations within GHL
Aren’t confident working directly in GHL or avoid troubleshooting tools
Wait to be told what to do rather than taking initiative
Struggle to communicate clearly with clients and team
Don’t know how to prioritize and follow through on tasks independently
Aren’t committed to helping the client succeed every month
This is a contract-based role, and hours will depend on the client package assigned. You’ll start with one test account, and grow into more if your performance is solid. Client packages range from 20 to 200 hours/month, shared with the rest of the team.
