Monitor and manage client email inboxes and text messages
Respond to messages promptly and professionally, maintaining the client’s tone and standards
Flag urgent or sensitive concerns (from email, SMS, Slack, etc.) for timely action
Maintain communication logs to ensure all follow-ups are completed
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls as needed
Join regular check-in calls with clients to review priorities, upcoming deadlines, and ongoing projects
Support ad hoc administrative tasks to keep workflows organized
Assist with CRM data entry, updates, and tracking to support client management systems
Experienced as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Support professional
Excellent at written and verbal English communication
Strong at organization and prioritization
Comfortable managing multiple communication channels (email, SMS, Slack, etc.)
Tech-savvy and adaptable to different tools and platforms (CRM experience preferred)
Accessing reliable internet connection and ability to work within CST business hours
This is a contract-based role, and hours will depend on the client package assigned. You’ll start with one test account, and grow into more if your performance is solid. Client packages range from 20 to 200 hours/month, shared with the rest of the team.
