How do I communicate and collaborate with my VA?
You have the option to use Slack or ClickUp to communicate with your VA. Our VAs respond within 12-24 hours via Slack and within 24-48 hours in ClickUp on weekdays. Expect a slower response time during weekends and holidays. Establish clear communication expectations and preferences from the start to ensure smooth collaboration.
Can I choose a VA with specific skillset?
Yes, we strive to match you with a Virtual Assistant who possesses the specific skills and expertise you require. During the onboarding process, we gather information about your needs and preferences to ensure the best possible match.
How do I track the productivity of my VA?
We use ClickUp as our main reporting system and use Clockify to track our VA's hours. Your VA will send weekly updates to you in ClickUp on the things your VA was able to accomplish throughout the week, along with his/her plans for next week, and an update on hours.
What is my VA's availability and working hours?
You and your VA will define working hours during the kick-off call. Our VAs normally work 8:00-5:00pm UTC +8:00 hours, but we ensure that there is at least 1-2 hour overlap where the VA can hop online at the same time as your working hours so you have time to get aligned on a daily basis and get real-time responses as needed.
Can I change VAs?
Unless there are significant issues with your assigned VA (e.g. AWOL, performance issues, communication issues), you cannot change VAs.
Can I change hours if there are changes in my business priorities?
Yes. You may change packages after a 3-month period.
