📓 Role Overview

We’re looking for someone highly organized and proactive who has strong experience with ClickUp beyond basic task management. This role focuses on improving systems, keeping projects moving, and helping coordinate a remote team.

🧡 About BizEx

BizEx (The Business Expander) is a turnkey virtual assistant and digital support agency helping health and wellness professionals grow and scale online. We work with functional medicine doctors, nutritionists, therapists, coaches, and wellness brands to bring structure, systems, and strategy into their businesses—so they can focus more on serving their clients and less on day-to-day management.

Beyond individual practices, we also partner with system integrators who serve the same space. Together, we help them build both sides of their business—from marketing and funnel execution to backend operations and automation—creating seamless support for their health and wellness partners.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and optimize ClickUp workspaces, including automations, task structures, workflows, and dashboards

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure projects stay on track

  • Help coordinate team activities and maintain accountability across projects

  • Identify workflow gaps and recommend better systems or processes

  • Ensure tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid ClickUp expertise, especially with automations and workflow setup

  • A proactive, get-it-done mindset with minimal supervision

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

  • Ability to work with a team and keep projects moving forward

💰 Compensation + Setup

This is a contract-based role, and hours will depend on the client package assigned. You’ll start with one test account, and grow into more if your performance is solid. Client packages range from 20 to 200 hours/month, shared with the rest of the team.
