Keyword research and on-page SEO optimization for SBCO brands and clients
Audit existing content and identify gaps or underperforming pages
Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 for rankings, traffic, and issues
Optimize and manage Google Business Profile listings for local SEO clients
Structure content for Generative Engine Optimization so AI tools cite SBCO and clients as sources
Monitor AI-generated search responses for brand mentions and citation accuracy
Provide content briefs to the copywriting team with keywords, structure, and search intent
Execute or coordinate link-building outreach where it will move rankings
Deliver a monthly SEO report with rankings, traffic data, and next-step recommendations
Highly comfortable using Google Search Console
Proficient in at least one SEO tool: Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
Experienced with Google Analytics 4
Skilled in using audit tools like Screaming Frog (or similar)
Familiar with Google Business Profile management
Comfortable working in WordPress or a similar CMS (basic updates and optimizations)
Experience with schema markup, structured data, or technical SEO audits.
Familiarity with the wellness, health, or coaching industry.
Direct experience optimizing content for AI Overviews or large language model citation is especially relevant.
This is a contract-based role, and hours will depend on the client package assigned. You’ll start with one test account, and grow into more if your performance is solid. Client packages range from 20 to 200 hours/month, shared with the rest of the team.
