Plan, create, and manage high-performing ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
Conduct A/B tests, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
Build custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels.
Prepare clear ad performance reports with insights and action steps.
Work closely with our internal team to align campaigns with client goals.
Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Minimum 2–3 years proven experience running paid ads (preferably for multiple clients).
Strong portfolio of past campaigns, results, screenshots, dashboards, and case studies.
Deep understanding of ad metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Experience with lead generation funnels, pixel setup, tracking tools, and basic analytics.
Excellent targeting, copywriting, and visual direction skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
This is a contract-based role, and hours will depend on the client package assigned. You’ll start with one test account, and grow into more if your performance is solid. Client packages range from 20 to 200 hours/month, shared with the rest of the team.
